Overview
The product is a native app for Android and iOS whose purpose is to enable the distributers to inspect and report issues for the goods delivered to them. Additionally they can see the goods that will be delivered to them in the future, look for any deliveries in the past and complete the necessary formalities while accepting these deliveries.

• Raise service requests for damaged goods by clicking & uploading pictures

Pain Points

• Not being aware of what is going to be delivered
• Manually matching individual line items to the BOL or/and Sales order
• Manually entering of receiving inventory into their system line by line

• Inspection notes get misplaced often
• Raising Service Request for damaged goods is a tedious process
