City of Long Beach

Web and Mobile app design for citizens of Long Beach to report & track city works issues. The app was aimed at reducing redundancy of reports by providing easy reporting and accurate tracking. 

BD Biosciences

TEAM: 4 UX | 2 VD

B2B responsive website that would allow labs and medical institutions order various lab equipment and supplies. The website was aimed at improving awareness of the products sold by the company to re-establish the pioneer as a market leader.

Bob's Furniture

TEAM: 3 UX | 2 VD

The responsive website was designed for the furniture brand to modernise their image and boost sales of their most profitable products. The website increased conversion of online sales.

THE SOLUTION

To provide competitive yet profitable pricing recommendations to franchise owners in a compelling and easy to implement manner. This would help increase the use of pricing analytics to ensure the franchise earns maximum profit without losing costumers.

MY ROLE

I was a part of the enhancements team. My role was to enhance the designed wireframes based on user feedback and experience design best practices. I solved for multiple interesting challenges by making small alterations with big experience impact.

As a Design Intern I desiged the company website. I also participated in the WordPress Hackathon for social enterprises to manage the delivery of the website. I designed a solution to reduce the use of single-use-plastic bags for the foundation.
